Our cabin gives a fresh breath of air and a peaceful mind escape from busy society. You can walk the small downtown with several quaint shops and places to eat and get ice cream. The sunsets are really the best on our deck or hike to the prayer flags on Bear Mountain. Our visitors have enjoyed sitting by the fire inside or having coffee and reading a book outside. Within walking distance and bouldering routes being established online in the rock climbing world. There is a friendly neighborhood dog Luie, tan, terrier mix and he is friendly.

The Bunkhouse was located on an unnamed road, but not anymore. It is now on 'Bunkhouse Road' with an official Comanche County street sign as verification. Just behind us are three blue-eyed Gypsy Vanner horses that make their him on two adjacent pastures of the Windsong Ranch and directly behind them are a herd of alpaca. The property is approached via a short path surrounded by grass, which leads you to the porch area which features seating and the home’s distinctive red front door. Before you enter, why not take in the splendor of what’s around you, from the mountains in the distance to the flowers and plants that decorate the house, giving it a really homely feel. And it’s a theme that’s continued inside. The front door opens onto a big open plan living area. The first thing you’ll probably notice is the brightness and spaciousness of the place, thanks to its clean white walls, the combination of windows and a sky light, and the high ceilings. A beautiful old farmhouse located about 10 miles from Weatherford, Oklahoma, where several different museums are located like the Air and space and also Route 66. Weatherford is also home to Southwestern Oklahoma State University (SWOSU) and lots of great eating places. It has been renovated recently and is the perfect unplugged(NO T.V. or WIFI) place to get away from the city noises to spend time with family or several friends traveling together.

Ninnekah is located south of Chickasha, Ok about 8 miles and about 50 miles from Oklahoma City. It is a very small town and a nice quiet getaway. The only thing in Ninnekah is a convenience store for amenities. We provide a washer and dryer for convenience and the kitchen is fully stocked with all you need to cook.
